Hi, I’m Jarrod.
I’m a self-taught technical architect who’s been building things on the internet since 2008 — starting with a website I built for a Bronx-based multimedia studio, back before I had any formal training or a single line on a resume to show for it. I’ve been quietly building ever since.
The Day Job
By day, I’ve spent over a decade in high-volume technical support and healthcare operations, working fully remote for the last several years. That world taught me how to troubleshoot under pressure, communicate clearly, and build systems that don’t break under load.
What I Build
But the work I’m proudest of has happened in parallel, unpaid, because I genuinely wanted to build it. These aren’t side projects for a portfolio — they’re things I built because I wanted them to exist.
Philosophy
I’m also quietly introverted, and I’ve navigated real anxiety along the way. I don’t think that’s a weakness in this line of work — if anything, it’s made me a careful, deliberate builder. I’d rather ship something thoughtful than something loud.
Today
I help businesses and individuals turn ideas into working systems — whether that’s a full application, a scaled e-commerce operation, or the kind of operational structure that lets a growing business run without everything depending on one person’s memory.
